Our goal in this blog is to promote a Triple Approach to the Earth Citizens' Health. This Triple Approach consists of : 1) Quaternary Prevention (Preventing Unnecessary Interventions in Clinical Medicine and Public Health ), 2) Prevention of Diseases and Treatment of Patients by Improving Living Conditions and Social Prescribing, 3) Preconception Prevention of Diseases by Preconception Planning.

In one year, more than a million Washingtonians got unnecessary medical treatment/ Low-cost, yet wasteful medical procedures cost an estimated $341 million from July 2016 to June 2017, according to a new report by the Washington Health Alliance.
