Our goal in this blog is to promote a Triple Approach to the Earth Citizens' Health. This Triple Approach consists of : 1) Quaternary Prevention (Preventing Unnecessary Interventions in Clinical Medicine and Public Health ), 2) Prevention of Diseases and Treatment of Patients by Improving Living Conditions and Social Prescribing, 3) Preconception Prevention of Diseases by Preconception Planning.

Chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease are rising fast in low- and middle-income countries, striking far younger populations than in rich countries and causing much worse outcomes, according to a new report.
