Nineteen new lawsuits and a complaint with the Attorney General of Indiana have been filed against three cardiologists and a hospital in Munster, Indiana, alleging that they and the hospital participated in the performing of unnecessary open-heart surgeries and other procedures, lawyers for the plaintiffs charged Oct. 28.
