Our goal in this blog is to promote a Triple Approach to the Earth Citizens' Health. This Triple Approach consists of : 1) Quaternary Prevention (Preventing Unnecessary Interventions in Clinical Medicine and Public Health ), 2) Prevention of Diseases and Treatment of Patients by Improving Living Conditions and Social Prescribing, 3) Preconception Prevention of Diseases by Preconception Planning.

The Democracy Barometer is a new index of democracy. It aims to overcome the conceptual and methodological shortcomings of existing measures, in order to measure the subtle differences in the quality of established democracies.
