How I teach medical students about Social Vaccination and Medical Vaccination

Medical students are familiar with vaccination programs.  So I request them to read  Table 1 ( see below) in this interesting paper and then I discuss the Table with them:

Then I show an informative figure about history of medical vaccination in United States ( see below; the figure is after Table1) to students and explain how Social Development in United States reduced mortality from Measles and Diphtheria several decades before starting of medical vaccination programs.
